The INFA-JET pocket filter system is designed for continuous dedusting of machines and workplaces. Dust or powder products can be extracted from both exhaust air and also process gases.
The modules of this modular system guarantee a great versatility and flexible adaptation to process engineering requirements. Depending on the individual case, a variety of designs and variants of the INFA-JET pocket filter system is available. The INFA-JET pocket filter also allows you to dedust processes or products for which cartridge filters or other pleated filter elements cannot be used.
Standard design features
- Basic module consisting of closed filter head, filter pockets and pneumatic cleaning unit

- Modular supplements, e.g. filter shells for horizontal or vertical pocket arrangement, lower section with hopper, support frame and dust collecting container, design as round collector (“total precipitator”), flange-mounted or console-mounted fan, inspection cover, secondary filter stage
- Various accessories for the dust discharge, e.g. butterfly valve, rotary valve, double pendulum valve, screw conveyor, level indicator within the dust bin
- Design for ATEX zones
- Pressure-resistant design for process pressures above and below atmosphere up to +/ 0.5 bar
- Pressure-shock resistant design for reduced explosion pressure (e.g. 0.4 bar or 3.0 bar) with pressure relief or for maximum explosion pressure (10 bar)
- Electronic control unit for filter cleaning controlled by time or differential pressure and for additional components (fan, rotary valve...)
- Control system and motors for special voltages, e.g. 500 V
- All housing and built-in units or components in contact with the product/dust are made of stainless steel
- Filter media available in different qualities (e.g. FDA-conform for food industry)
- Design for hot gases up to 240°C
